REntryRangeDS objects are populated differently in single-thread and multi-thread mode.

In single-thread mode, the PrepareNextRanges() method populates the fNextRanges list with REntryRangeDS records. The GetEntryRanges() swaps fNextRanges and fCurrentRanges and uses the list of REntryRangeDS records to return the list of ranges ready to use by the RDF loop manager.

In multi-thread mode, the task being executed by a thread injects an REntryRangeDS into the fActiveRangesPerSlot member, which is then retrievable for relevant operations e.g. connecting the column readers to the page source and populating the sample information.
