A polycone is represented by a sequence of tubes/cones, glued together at defined Z planes.
The polycone might have a phi segmentation, which globally applies to all the pieces. It has to be defined in two steps:

) has to be positioned always the lowest Z coordinate. It defines the radii of the first cone/tube segment at its lower Z. The next section defines the end-cap of the first segment, but it can represent also the beginning of the next one. Any discontinuity in the radius has to be represented by a section defined at the same Z coordinate as the previous one. The Z coordinates of all sections must be sorted in increasing order. Any radius or Z coordinate of a given plane have corresponding getters:
Note that the last section should be defined last, since it triggers the computation of the bounding box of the polycone.
