Naming conventions
The naming conventions for the CommonPoint application system are followed throughout graphics; however, the graphics classes follow naming conventions to help you distinguish 2-D classes from 3-D classes and graphics classes from geometry classes.
- Graphics class names begin with the letter "T" followed by the name of the geometry (for example, TLine).
- Geometry class names begin with the letters "TG" followed by the name of the geometry (for example, TGLine).
- All 3D geometry and graphics classes contain the letters "3D" as a suffix to their name (for example, TGLine3D and TLine3D).
