Laurent, Are you using the stand geant3 libs or a modified library? Just before saving the rz file, could you print the list of volumes print VOLU It looks like the geant3 jvolum zebra structure is not sane. I am afraid taht you will have to go deeper, compiling your application + geant3 in debug mode to see what happens.
