TH1C crash

Hello,

I have the following problem with TH1C on WinNT.

root[1] h = new TH1C("h","example",10,0,10);
root[2] h->Fill(2);   // crashes ROOT with general protection fault.

TH1S, TH1D and TH1F seem to work fine though.
