you need to do:

MnMachinePrecision::SetPrecision (0.01) ;

but why you need to do that ? This is needed only if you know that the precision calculation of your FCN is larger than the double numerical precision
(~ 10^-16).
You probably want to change the tolerance which is passed as argument to the VariableMetricMinimizer::Minimize method.
