TSystemDirectory with 5.11.06

Hello

my code was working normally with ROOT version 4.04.02. After changing to 5.11.06 it does not. The problem comes from the TSystemDirecory class. One of my classes has TSystemdirectory object as a data member. Using SetDirectory method I change to different directories and get list of files.

Could you say what have been changed or how my code should be modified in order to work with 5.11.06 version.
