Do:

     TGraph* graph = new TGraph();
     graph->SetPoint(0, 1, 1);
     graph->SetPoint(1, 2, 2);
     graph->GetXaxis()->SetLimits(0, 5);
     graph->GetYaxis()->SetLimits(0, 5);
     graph->Draw("apl");
     return;
