Log scale and axis adjustments

hello rooters,

i was trying to find example that would help me but i failed. i have 2 questions:

1. i would like to draw graph in log scale, but in the same time to see only power numbers in x and y axis (for example, instead of 10^-23, 10^-22, 10^-21 to have -23, -22, -21 numbers on the axises) how can i do it ?
2. i would like to have more ticks with numbers in one of the axis(x axis which is in log scale), how to accsess it ?
