Negative Sigma

Dear Root Experts,

Just Wondering why I have negative values of sigma.

Anybody knows the reason? Hint please?
What is wrong with this?

I attached a root file and the source code to reproduce it.

Using RootVersion Version 3.10/01 28 November 2003 on gcc version 3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5)
