v4-03-02 SLC3 binary release

Hi,
as an additional note ... up to now ... none of the SLC3 binary releases (4.00/08, 4.02/00, 4.03/02) has the so called cint-dll-s built-in.

Please note that there doesn't seem to exist any easy way to "add" these cint-dll-s to your binary release by the user (one would need to recompile the whole root suit from scratch).

Would it be possible to ask the one who builds these binary releases to modify his/her build-procedure so that they are there by default?
