[ROOT] win32gcc architecture version 3.05

Hi:

I report two problems in the win32gcc architecture:

1) In the binary distribution the library files (libCore etc) are in 
$ROOTSYS/bin. root-config --libs says they are in $ROOTSYS/lib.

2) In the source tree, the configure script file does not look for 
*.dll.a library files and quits saying it cannot find X11lib even if 
X11lib is indeed installed.

I have fixed these problems here and have enjoyed learning ROOT. I find 
the framework very powerfull and well designed. The learning curve may 
be steep but it will be worth every effort.
