Hi Rooters, The new Go4 v2.2 (as presented at CHEP03) can now be downloaded from http://go4.gsi.de This release has been tested with gcc 2.95, gcc 3.2, icc 7.0 on RedHat, Debian, Suse. Go4 is especially useful for on-line monitoring because analysis and GUI run in different tasks. They do not block each other. The GUI has full access to the relevant objects of the analysis (remote object browser, remote tree viewer, editors for remote parameter objects and conditions, interactive histogramming). Histograms can be displayed periodically. Additional GUIs can have read access to the histograms of the analysis. Without analysis the Go4 GUI can be used as ROOT file browser/tree viewer and for fitting.
