I want to decide if it is hopeful to continue to try to access Box class from within CINT. The step (3) (rootcint) in my previous email actually produced very small output as shown in the following. If these errors are all the errors, it is then worthwhile to try to fix them and continue. Are these ALL the errors that rootcint can pick up ? Or does rootcint quit its job after certain number of errors ?? HP rootcint boxDict.C -c -p BoxLow.H BoxLinkDef.h Error: No symbol ino64_td_ino in current scope FILE:/usr/include/sys/dirent.h LINE:63 Error: No symbol off64_td_off in current scope FILE:/usr/include/sys/dirent.h LINE:64 Warning: Unknown type time_t in function argument FILE:x.H LINE:44 Error: No symbol __extension__typedeflonglong_G_llong in current scope FILE:/usr/local/gnu/install/gcc/2.9.5.2/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.6/2.95.2/ ../../../../sparc-sun-solaris2.6/include/_G_config.h LINE:20 Error: No symbol __extension__typedefunsignedlonglong_G_ullong in current scope FILE:/usr/local/gnu/install/gcc/2.9.5.2/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.6/2.95.2/ ../../../../sparc-sun-solaris2.6/include/_G_config.h LINE:21 Warning: Unknown type EtsMath::compute_NaN_double() in function argument FILE:EtsMath.H LINE:34 Warning: Unknown type EtsMath::compute_NaN_float() in function argument FILE:EtsMath.H LINE:35 Warning: Error occured during reading source files Warning: Error occured during dictionary source generation !!!Removing boxDict.C boxDict.h !!! rootcint: error loading headers...
