[ROOT] Failed to load Dynamic link library /opt/ROOT/lib/libHtml.so

I just compiled the newest ROOT Version 3.04/01 from the sourcefile package. The
compilation was no problem, but when I started ROOT I got the error message:

dlopen error: /opt/ROOT/lib/libHtml.so: undefined symbol: __vt_5THtml
Load Error: Failed to load Dynamic link library /opt/ROOT/lib/libHtml.so

Does anybody know how to solve this problem? My machine is running SuSE Linux 
7.3. I used gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE) to compile ROOT.

I also compiled the ROOT Version 3.03/09 and get the same result.
