Dear Rooters,
Suzanne Panacek has updated the Users Guide to reflect several
changes and additions to the system. The guide in the usual formats
is available at:
http://root.cern.ch/root/RootDoc.html
with a short description of the changes.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Suzanne for her great
work in the past 3 years with the Users Guide and the Tutorials.
Suzanne is now working for another project at FNAL.

Ilka Antcheva who has recently joined the ROOT team at CERN has kindly
accepted to take care of the Guide.
