Hi Fons,

The cintdlls, last time I checked, did not compile on all platform.  In
particular it did not compile on KCC (and probably a few others).  It could
be worth giving a try again.

  there were some issues with building cintdll's by default, but I think
they have all been solved. Philippe can you confirm from your side?

If so we could start building them by default.
