RQ_OBJECT has nothing to do with the *real* Qt from TrollTech either.
It is a ROOT implementation of the Qt *idea* rather the interface with 
that nice system.

 One does need "the system header includes" if one works
 with C++ interpreter / compiler. In case of ROOT you are working with CINT 
 (sometimes indirectly) and you have to provide CINT header files.
