[ROOT] THtml and https

Hi ROOTers!

I didn't find something about 'https' in the ROOTTALK Digest, so here's
my problem:

I want to use an URL startig with 'https' instead of 'http' for
Root.Html.Root but this isn't treated properly (at least in ROOT
3.02/07).

I get links of this form

  <a href="../https://...../H1Tree.html">H1Tree</a>.h

If I use 'http' instead, everything is fine.
Note: this bug only appears when hyperizing macros via THtml::Convert,
not in the generated class descriptions (THtml::MakeAll).
