Thanks Yuri Prokazov the Qt+ROOT setup for Windows NT bug was found and fixed !
It doesn't affect Windows 95/98/Me systems.

To avoid the troubles, please try to Uninstall QT+ROOT with the fresh version 
of the distribution from

http://www.usatlas.bnl.gov/~fine/QtRootDownload.html

 ONLY !

 This distribution contains some cosmetic corrections to ROOT itself also.

I have found Qt doesn't provide any equivalent for WM_SIZE flags so 
I can not catch SIZE_MAXIMIXED WIN32 flag. I'll look for workaround.
