Hello Rooters,

I'll copy cint5.15.14 to CERN. 
This version has following changes.
 1. Support gcc3.00, at least, to some extent. Improvement is going on.
    This is an experimental release.  platform/linux_RH6.2_gcc3 
 2. Associated with 1, template partial specialization is implemented.
    template<class T> class A<T*> { .... };. Well, still need refinement...
 3. Added a compile option to disable power operator '**' -DG__NOPOWEROPR

Fons,
 Concerned about 1., please look into lib/gcc3strm/*.  There are fewer files
there and those are only ones you need. Please delete other files you
currently have.
