You must have seen the analysis by Phillipe Canal of the problems
STAR is having with memory overflows in reading TTrees.
I use RedHatLinux and root 3.01.05
With a 300 event TTree I can only read about 50 events if I am making
a plot of a copious variable like Hits before I run out of memory (the
job grows to over 1 GB I believe). Can you help?
