You could also try the .trace command on the root prompt. This will
force cint to print out every line it executes.

I have a generated root macro which I'm using which is many
thousands of lines long. There is an error with one line...and the
interpreter quotes a negative line number. I guess I could work out which
line it *actually* means if I knew what the conversion was.....
