I will update the non-functioning option "A" in a next release. Meanwhile, it is
not too complicated to achieve what you want: try:
root [0] TH1D h("h","Trial",100,0,100);
root [1] h.GetXaxis()->SetLabelOffset(99);
root [2] h.Draw();
