[ROOT] macro sensitive

Hello everybody,

I have one stupid question.
When I run some long time macro by means of:
gROOT->LoadMacro("macro.C")
I've noted if I edit source code of the macro
by text editor this change will be sensitive
for the working program.
How turn off the feature?
I mean, How can I run different variants
of my program at the same time, if I have 
one copy of the source only (farm of PC).
