Hi Alexander,
The list of objects in any ROOT container *xxx (TList, TObjArray, etc) can be
written to a file with xxx->Write();
In case of histograms created directly in RINT, you can do the following, eg:
root
Root > TH1F *h1=new TH1F("h1","h1 test",100,-3,3);
Root > TH1F *h2=new TH1F("h2","h2 test",100,-3,3);
Root > TH1F *h3=new TH1F("h3","h3 test",100,-3,3);
Root > TFile f("junk.root","recreate");
Root > gROOT.GetList()->Write();
Root > f.ls(); // will show the following
TFile** junk.root
TFile* junk.root
KEY: TH1F h1;1 h1 test
KEY: TH1F h2;1 h2 test
KEY: TH1F h3;1 h3 test
