Hi, I just forgot to mention that specifying the name I have the same
behaviour. 
root [2] h2->MakeSelector("myname")
Error: Can't call TTree::MakeSelector("/home/vkuznet/myselect.C") in current
scope FILE:/tmp/filemAaymD_cint LINE:1
Possible candidates are...
filename       line:size busy function type and name  (in TTree)
filename       line:size busy function type and name  (in TNamed)
filename       line:size busy function type and name  (in TObject)
