[ROOT] problems with root 2.25/03 and cxx6.2 compiler on Dig. UNIX

Hi,

I have a problem to execute programs compiled on alpha digital unix
with cxx 6.2 compiler with root 2.25/03 

At execution the following error message is given: 
Fatal Error: 
Unresolved symbol in /usr1/local/ROOT/lib/libCore.so: sqrt

Is there a solution? 
Note also  the ROOTthat version does not work
properly on digital unix because problems with the 
libXpm.so library version.
