[ROOT] How to Call CERNLIB routines from the interpreter

Hi,
Please find attached a nontrivial example of how to call CERNLIB functions
from root. If you like, you can put it on the HowtoCERNLIB.html page.
(The Makefile, although prepared for many platforms, was tested on 
linuxegcs only, sorry. You need to set ROOTSYS, CERNLIBDIR and
LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variables in order to "make" it.)
