I'll copy cint5.14.62 to CERN from now.

Please expose this version. 
The new operator new/delete scheme is disabled because it still has
a problem. But would you please debug the new scheme?  You can 
activate it by defining G__EXPERIMENTAL1423.

For the <iostream> header with g++ 2.97, please define G__NEWSTDHEADER.
