I am begging a pardon but I did not get what you said.
I said you MUST recompile everything with "Mulithread DLL" option ON
because very these options were used to produce the ROOT DLLs.
Did you recompile ALL your codes and do you still have the same problems ?
(To make sure you did, please, wipe out what you did before).
