Hi Raymond,
I have unfortunately tno way to check what has happened with the NT
version of the binaries (I am in Greece till the end of the month)
I probably made a mistake in generating the "InstallShield" version
of the NT binaries. The normal tar file should be OK.
Could you try to download:
    ftp://root.cern.ch/root/root_v2.25.03.win32.tar.gz
instead of
    ftp://root.cern.ch/root/ROOT_v22503.exe
