[ROOT] missing colors in color table

I notice that I don't have those pretty colors
when running hsum.C in the tutorials.

Upon inspecting the color table in view/color in
a canvas, I see that only 1 to 7 and number_14 color 
show color.  All others are blank, only numbers in the table.

Anything that I need to set???
Or anything I need to set when building ROOT?
