This is a bug in rootcint. Is there a more recent version which
cures this problem?

   Hi Raimond,

New rootcint (5.14.44) does not understand construction

  typedef Double_t PhiWgt_t[nSels][nHars][nPhiBins];

and by this reason StFlowMaker is not compiled in .dev

    Do you really need it ? Can you make it a little bit simpler
?
