[ROOT] building ROOT 2.25 on RH Linux 6.1 starting from the CVS repository

hi rooters - just built ROOT 2.25 starting from checking out the sources 
from the repository. there seem to be 2 minor glitches:

- pythia6/inc:  MCParticle.h file presumably needs to be renamed into 
                TMCParticle.h

- if CERNLIB'2000 is used: for RH Linux 6.1 `-lnsl' needs to be added to the 
  lib list to resolve several external names referenced by CERNLIB'2000.
