Hello Matt, I was about to ask you the same question. From auto_ptr implementation, I realized that it is quite different from what is defined in the standard. I re-implemented auto_ptr according to the ANSI/ISO document. About other STL classes, it is quite a lot of work to switch to SGI implementation. Currently, old HP implementation goes with Cint and this is only for interpretation. Sometime in future, I need to switch this. For precompiled library (lib/prec_stl/*), things should reasonably match the standard. Thank you Masaharu Goto > >Hi Masa, > >I looked in more detail at the STL implementation provided by CINT in ROOT >2.24.05 and I noticed several discrepancies between the current >implementation and the STL sectrion of the Standard C++ Library.
