[ROOT] a question about browser

Hi rooters,
    I have to develop a root browser dialog like TBrowser but with only
root file object, looking in a selected directory and special actions
when files are selected. But when I click the icon in the box nothing is
displayed. Meanwhile if I open a TGFileDialog  interface I can see all
the files and sub directories which should be displayed in the browser
icon box. Could you please tell me what's missing probably in my code.
Because I tried many ways and nothing changed. Thanks a lot.
