RE:[ROOT] root version 2.24 and posix.dll

Hello Raimund,

If you do not use POSIX system call, you can basically ignore this.
Edit include/unistd.h and comment out a line that loads posix.dll.
If not, you need to download cint package, build posix.dll in lib/posix
directory and copy it to root directory as $ROOTSYS/cint/include/posix.dll
