Sockets and TMonitor on Win32

Hello,

I'm trying to run tutorial example hserv.C on ROOT v.2.23/09
under Win95.  Clients (hclient.C) can connect, but it seems
that call in hserv.C

s = mon->Select();

never returns, even if I call it with timeout, like Select(3000);


What's wrong?
