can't call TH1::GetMaximumBin

Hi, Rooters:

Why I can not call TH1::GetMaximumBin()?  neither can I 
call TH1::GetMaximumBin(Int_t& locmax, Int_t& locmay, Int_t& locmaz).

I was trying to return an index of the bin containing maximum contents.

At least according to the ROOT Class Index page, these two methods are
public. At the command line, I cannot found them at all with command
.class TH1


I am using 2.23.11
