Problem wit ROOT 2.23.11

Dear Rooters,

I have a serious problem with ROOT 2.23.11 on
Windows NT 4.0.

  First, I get very often the message :

Error in <TH2S::GetCorrelationFactor>: Wrong parameters

  but the program continues after this message.

  Second, the lines of code

    Double_t x;
    x = gRandom->Rndm();

 sometimes returns -1.# IND000000000 in x  !!!
which is fatal to the program !
  These 2 problems disappear when returning to
ROOT 2.23.10.
