   Win 9x provides no way for that (Very likely to support  the backward compatibility 
   for  MS DOS games). Win9x  are designed to playback "ready-to-eat"
   software rather to develop it. It is Windows NT and coming Windows 2000.

  I wonder one can buy some third party products but may be it is better
  to swicth to NT (anyway there will be only NT in a month from now).
