You can change scrolling behavior for the standard scroll operations by deriving and overriding TScrollCoordinator functions. The existence of TScrollCoordinator as a light weight class, separate from TScrollingView, frees you from implementing a full TScrollingView derived class to override common scrolling behavior.
TStandardScrollCoordinator provides standard scrolling behavior for the common scrolling operations. This class also adds member functions that set the coordinate amounts for common scroll operations.
